You analysis is inaccurate and misguided.
Look at the top table which shows data released by DOS. Last month 75 application have been reduced and in month back 100 applications were reduced.
This is really really bad sign for EB3 and even for EB2.

Hi can someone advise me what is the best way and steps (forms and other supporting documents) to extend the stay for my mother in law beyond the 6 months as given on her entry under 10 year visitor visa for few more months (3-4 months) please. We have a religious ceremony so that she can stay beyond the 6 months and attend. One of the lawyers told me that beyond 6 month as given during her entry is not possible which I doubt it. Pl advise/share your experiences from those of you have gone through this process recently.

I am working from home which is NJ on h1b and my company is based DC as my seat is located in DC and i connect remotely to my computer located in DC office , i have below question regarding the LCA and payroll
1. Which location i need to mentioned as primary ,home or where company located?
The LCA should list the job location as your home address.
2. Which state should the payroll runs where i live or where my seat is located?
It doesn't matter for immigration purposes.

I do have house here and I am 6th year of H1B, I did appeal on my I-140. If that gets denied I have no option than going back. In that case I have to sell my house or file bankruptcy foreclosure +++.

Can you please specify process to donate miles. I have 21,000 miles with Delta that will expire soon and I don't intend to use it.

HI,
My aunt petioned for my mom (and thus her kids) years ago, My aunt's a Us citizen, and after many years the process has started its final run. For the last two years i was an F1 student in a college in the usa and recently ive come back home; while i was there i married randomly anyway, nothing happened it wasnt a real marriage, and im getting it annuled.
So now im back home and since this process (my aunts petition) has started , im 21 but im covered aswell since the child status protection act covers me. Now, the requirements for the children (derivative beneficiaries) of the aplicant/beneficiary (my mom) to be included are to be under.. 21 (im ok in this part because of CSPA) and UNMARRIED. My question is,,, am i still gonna be included if i show my annulment certificate? as i see it the annulment itself shows that an american court declared that marriage to be voidable and not real so it should make me unmarried.right? would it also be unmarried for immigration purposes if it was divorce instead of annulment? i'd appreciate any feedback, thank you.

question about i-20. do u need to submit only 1 i-20 that you received when entered the school or u need to submit the travel i-20 u get whenever u travel outside usa while on f1 visa?

She definitely would have issues if plan to travel in TN visa. TN visa is not supposed to have any immigration intent.
The best thing to do is change her status to parolee and start working using EAD. There is no reason for her to continue in TN status, after filing 485.

Don't worry, the same thing happenned with my wife (labor approval lost in mail) and it took her 3 months for 140 approval. For me, everything was fine and it took 6 months for 140 approval - isn't USCIS the best part of the American experience?:mad:

I'm looking for a web designer that could possibly help me redsign my website. I need him/her to be pretty familiar with Flash and animation.
Website will contain:
-photo gallery (photos provided)
-video clips (videos provided)
-community member profiles
-membership "join" form
-graphic effects
-guest book
-music/sound effects
-a lot of animation and graphic motion
The site will be formatted a little differently from normal sites, so be ready for a long explanation when you contact me. It's going to be a personal website and I have a fairly low budget. I need it to be $800 US or less. I'm fairly loose as far as a deadline is concerned. If you're interested, email me at stnkycheezman@hotmail.com. Hotmail has a tendency to block incoming email so you can also message me on AIM: stnkycheezman. If you'd like to take a look, my current website is OCFederation.com. Before I decide to hire you, you need to contact me so i can relay my ideas. You then need to make me a sample of the ideas that I give you, if I approve, you're hired. Before you continue, I should say that the task of fabricating my ideas will probably be a challenging one. This won't be an easy project, but if you can pull it off...it will be a good project to have in your portfolio.

I work in a private firm (<300 employees) and they have filed for PERM and is under audit. What would happen to my PERM if a bigger firm takes over my smaller company.
My H1-B 6 yr limit will expire by January 2010. What are the risks to my immigration status if my company is acquired by a bigger firm?
1. Will I have to re-file for PERM again with the new company?
OR
2. Can I continue under the already audited PERM in smaller company's name?
